We are looking for a motivated candidate to join us as a:
Customer Service Engineer
Location: Denmark Copenhagen and Sweden Stockholm
Responsibilities:
⎯ Responsible for level 1/2 technical support, provide solution to customer via email, phone and other channels
⎯ Solve the critical issue with customer and Output customer issue analysis report, improve customers’ satisfaction
⎯ Make summary of common problem and output typical case
⎯ Collect and analyze trouble tickets and provide improvement solutions.
⎯ Provide skill training for partners and go on business trips in Europe.
Requirements:
⎯ Education: Master degree (for English – power engineering, electrical engineering studies)
⎯ Ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures
⎯ More than 3 years customer support experience
⎯ Power system or renewable energy industry related experience, if have knowledge of solar inverter and typical issue troubleshooting would be better.
⎯ Fluency in English. Danish/Swedish/Finnish will have high priority
⎯ Good customer communication skills
⎯ Being interested / motivated to learn about renewable energy
