Solar Channel Partner Manager

We are looking for a motivated candidate to join us as a:
Solar Channel Partner Manager.
Please notice this is a consultant position.
Responsibilities:
- Channel Partner Manager must engage and influence at all levels within the Partner organization, including Executive management, Sales, Technical and Solution creation areas.
- Work with the team to maintain Huawei channel policy. Maintain the market order and ensure the healthy development of channel business. Keep improving on partner satisfaction in terms of process, support, channel selection fairness etc.
- Drive partner joint business plan that results in achieving revenue goals and the agreed KPIs.
- Enable channel partners to continuously improve their capabilities from necessary perspectives which help with business goals.
- Engages partners on joint business planning and activities including: partner-driven marketing, events, sales promotion.
- Maintain and monitor partner’s forecast on products or pipeline or key opportunities via routine meetings, Deal Registration, pipeline management.
- Involve internal or external resource to align partner marketing activities and make sure that partner marketing are well addressed to support business goals.
- Annual performance management with direct manager based on focused business target, individual and development goals.
- Regular meetings with partner to monitor joint business plan review, pipeline, key projects, marketing and partner capabilities.
- Quarterly business review (QBR) with Huawei management against annual partner business plan.
If you match the qualifications and requirements below, you are probably who we are looking for!
- Around 2 years Solar industry sales is preferred
- Channel development experience, with a proven sales track record and digging of new business opportunities
- Strong selling skills within the channels community, capabilities to influence at all levels within the Partner organization, including Executive management and organizational engagement
- Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of stakeholders (product management, marketing, sales), driving internal and external forces to reach and overachieve assigned sales targets.
- Good working knowledge of solar/battery product is preferred.
- Highly motivated and have the ability to work across a multi-cultural team.
- Ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential. Must welcome challenges, be self motivated and capable of working under own.
- Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out competitive analysis and market analysis.
