Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Identifying and developing business opportunities with digital power clients including SmartPV, EV charging, data center facility,etc.
• Strategic account planning while ensuring alignment of area priorities, Driving sales achievement focusing on account and resource planning and allocation
• Responsible for customers and partners satisfactions, sales KPI result oriented
• Promoting a full range of Huawei solutions to a defined selection of clients, Working in collaboration with the product solution teams to build integrated solutions for complex problems
• Developing a detailed action plan for direct & indirect channel marketing and sales partnerships
• Business forecasting (monthly forecast, weekly commit, and pipeline development)
Qualifications:
• Prefer relevant education degree in renewable energy
• Ability to speak, read and write Swedish and English fluently.

• Confident communicator with an ability to influence customers.
• Have a high sense of responsibility and at the same time demonstrates enthusiasm to achieve positive results.
• Proactive, self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spark.
• Ability to be persistent.
