We offer you a consultant position where you will be responsible for coordination, follow-up and develop HR work in line with the company’s demands and business needs. You will support the managers and employees in all HR related areas. You will have great opportunity to influence the HR work and develop and change policies and processes. You will be part of the Nordic HR team with your location in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Job description:

As HR Generalist you’ll have a variety of tasks and you’ll be the interface towards employees, managers and external suppliers. You’ll have the following main responsibilities and tasks:

• All HR connected issues for Denmark office and Norway office, be the main contact person concerning payroll data input, and cooperate with payroll vendor, HRSSC to ensure the salary payment and reporting to be handled timely and correctly.
• Handling the inquiry from local governments and the employees
• Updating employee handbook and HR policy according to local labor law and regulations
• Master the local requirements for work permit and business visa, and be responsible for international assignees management to ensure both external and internal compline.
• Handling insurances connected issues, including update the contracts and payment
• In charge of work environment management in line with local regulations
• Other general HR tasks (invoice, issue certificates, HR letters etc.)

For this role you must:

• Have a Bachelor degree within Human Resources Management or related field, or have got professional training
• Master Danish and Norwegian labor law and GDPR requirements
• Familiar with 3 years’ experience within HR, preferably in a generalist role.
• Native speaker of Danish or Norwegian and fluent in English, good at communication.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Work experience from an international company is an advantage.
